SparkReceipt is a receipt scanner and expense tracker for UK sole traders, freelancers, and small business owners. Snap any receipt and the app extracts the merchant, amount, date, VAT, and category in seconds. Forward email receipts or upload PDFs and SparkReceipt files the lot.
AI RECEIPT SCANNER WITH OCR
The OCR receipt scanner reads paper receipts, PDF invoices, and forwarded email receipts in any language and currency. Smart categorisation is based on the products on the receipt, not just the merchant name, so business expenses land in the right account from day one.
EMAIL INBOX AUTO-SCANNING
Connect Gmail or Outlook and SparkReceipt finds and imports email receipts as they arrive. No more digging through your inbox at month end or before your VAT return. You stay in control: review, approve, and exclude senders any time.
FORWARD EMAIL RECEIPTS
Prefer to file receipts manually? Forward eReceipts to your personal SparkReceipt address and the AI handles the rest. Useful for shared inboxes or accounts you don't want to connect directly.
