Hey there! We truly appreciate you sharing your thoughts about the app. It's important to note that rewards can take between 1 to 31 days to become available, which can feel longer compared to other apps. We are actively working on ways to improve this process. Your feedback is invaluable, and we hope your experience becomes more positive as you continue to explore the app. If you have further details to share or need assistance, please reach out to support@kashkick.com and include "App Store Review" in the subject line. Thank you for your patience, and we look forward to hearing your update on the withdrawal process!

Hi there! Thank you for your feedback! It’s essential for all the games you download to show up in your progress tab, as this indicates that the installation has tracked successfully. To earn rewards within a game, you must achieve the necessary objectives within the specified timeframe. If you find that you are not receiving rewards, it could be due to various reasons, such as tracking issues or not meeting milestones on time. While we cannot see the exact reason behind tracking issues, we can let you know that newly started offers and games won't track properly or show up in your progress section if you have downloaded them before or if the offer was already finished on a different website. On top of that, it's also important to enable the tracking option on your device and avoid the usage of VPN and Proxies since those can negatively affect tracking performance. For more help, you can reach us directly at support@kashkick.com, and in the email, include "App Store Review", the title of the review, and the star rating, and we will be happy to double-check your case. Thank you!
