I really like the browser you’ve made. It’s fast, your darken setting seems very consistent, and your ad blocking blocks most ads whilst being lightweight on performance. I enjoy your design aesthetic also, it’s very clutter free. THANK YOU for supporting Kagi and a linked private session. I also love your primary and secondary row toolbar customisation approach, so much space gets wasted on other apps and I love your innovation here.I’d like to give you some feedback, by no means do you need to do any of this if it goes against your vision for your app, but I would be thrilled if you implemented:- A swipe gesture to access my tabs (right to centre, or swipe up from URL bar)- A swipe gesture to delete tabs (centre to right)- A one time payment option (I would pay 4x the annual price to support you - I just don’t do subscriptions on principle. I’m perfectly serious, if you sell lifetime for £100 I will buy it.- Having paid for a month to test your darken feature - I’d like for the feature to auto-detect an already dark web page and not enable the app’s own dark mode on top as this leads to incorrectly presented text, images, etc.I think this browser is amazing and honestly it’s as close to perfect as I’ve seen - I just want more options for how I interact with my tabs. You’re doing great work, keep it up.

I approached Quiche upon seeing it recommended by the MacStories, having tried a range of other browsers. The iPad version of Quiche is in open beta with multi-window support and more to come, and I’ve made the switch.The design of this app is top-notch, rare for a browser this customisable! It sports true fullscreen browsing on scroll, and the navigation bar can colour-match the webpage.Quiche has built-in tracking protections and nuisance blocking, and feels like a really solid and native iOS app. It fits right into my typical usage if that’s what I want it to be, yet lets me get creative and experiment with different kinds of approaches to browsing the web!Even besides customisation of the browser toolbar, the ‘menu’ is a great feature which allows for a surprising level of design flexibility in its layout. I can achieve a minimalist design for the toolbar, while the menu carries most of the browser functionality without feeling cluttered at all.Quiche has enough going for it, that I’ve made the switch from Safari even despite a few small compromises. Having shared my setup and any hard edges I encountered with the author, I can say the future directions for the browser exceed my expectations too! Well worth the optional 99p per month to support Greg in this fantastic indie project!

This app is incredibly built: intricate customisation options, smooth and quick browsing, and a simple design with utility at the forefront. This browser became my default within a couple of minutes, after customising it to my liking easily and in such detail that I’ve not seen before in modern apps. It makes browsing more streamlined than any other tool or task, especially when you tailor it to how you work. The fact this is developed by one person is genuinely mind-boggling. Perhaps the best app I have ever downloaded, it really is just so user-focused and well thought out that using any other mobile browser feels like a mistake for me. Awesome — thank you!!

It really is. I can’t imagine going back to Safari. The pro version is just a little too expensive for me as a subscription though and the only real gain is the (excellent) dark mode options (which really should be part of the main app experience anyway). Devs need to be paid for their work though! A cheaper yearly subs might work, or maybe a higher one-off purchase - or maybe a couple of tiers of pro for users than just want a single pro feature? Who knows! It’s not easy, but I’m just grateful this app exists and the dev is super friendly and responsive.
Fixed:
• Private and read time badges incorrectly positioned in some cases.
• Visual glitch after long pressing a favorite in grid mode.
