- When you purchase CoinIn app subscription, the payment will be charged to your iTunes Account after confirmation.
- The subscription will automatically renew, unless you turn off the auto-renew option at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

This app popped up on my screen encouraging a 3 day free trial, then the start of a weekly subscription. The app advises that after 24 hours and a day before your trial period starts, you must cancel your subscription if you no longer want to use it. HOWEVER, every link you click on to try and cancel the trial period in App doesn’t load. I’ve been trying to cancel my trial for 2 days! The App misidentified 4 coins out of 8 I photographed so I decided it wasn’t for me! I better not have any weekly £7.99 deducted from my account because I have TRIED countless times to leave the trial period and messaged on two occasions via the App, no reply. I’ve also emailed via APP STORE to request my trial 3 days is cancelled. Why will you make it so difficult for people to have the choice to NOT be tied to your subscriptions!? At least a reply from your Contact Us link which is the only link that seems to work, but I’ve had no reply to two messages. Diabolical! Mimi

This app offers you multiple free trials, even if you have already had one, and then charges full price for a subscription. It at no point warns you that you are ineligible for more than one free trial, but continues to advertise the premium service as a free trial. It’s only once you’ve signed up that you realise you have been charged. This is wholly illegal. It also lures you into purchasing a premium subscription by the promise of viewing ‘interest in your item’ which is nonexistent once you have purchased premium access. I have contacted Apple for a refund who have refused, despite me having screenshots of the false free trial offer, and contacted the developer, who have never responded. AVOID!

I used this around 2024, sighed up for a subscription but then cancelled it.Apparently they didn’t care.I haven’t noticed until now after checking my old email and seeing a billing issue from this app. It’s been charging my card £9.99 every week since 2024..I simply thought it was a subscription I signed up for but then when I also really thought about it I don’t sigh up for anything that makes me pay weekly unless it’s needed (this is before I checked the old email with the billing issue)I have contacted apple support tho they cannot help and for some reason my phone cannot get signed into my apple account on the link they sent me.If your gonna sigh up for a subscription for this then want to cancel it please make sure your check if they keep charging you money or not.
