Just about flawless in except for for two drawbacks - 1) unable to import multiple photos from phot library , which means this app is not suited for use with large documents, as it is excessively tedious to import one page at a time, and 2) the ‘snap’ function in the auto-crop feature is often too tight, and is useless if it can’t be adjusted as it can sometimes leave important documents over-cropped; Otherwise for documents of a few pages length, it’s a great appCould also benefit from an import/export feature directly into the sister app JotNot Fax
Great app but slow to update and bug fix.

This was a great app. But since the new update from Apple it’s not connecting via my iPhone 7 to my Epson printer. I know it’s the app as I’ve tested other features on my phone and on my laptop and they are all compatible with my printer. I looked back on how often the developer updated the app and it seems to be a very 3 or 6 months and another sister app the developer is selling hasn’t been updated in over 2 years. Unfortunately like a lot of things purchased via apps these days they all seem to have a limited life span until the developer has made enliygh revenue and doesn’t feel the need to update their applications on a regular basis to satisfy their customers. This was an outstanding app and in many ways still is. However these performance related issues effect my business and waste my time, so I’m disappointed with the developer as printing is one of the many key features I use on this app on a regular basis. I think developers need to stop saying to customers just pay once and you have free updates for life and should say pay once and have free updates for whatever period the developer sees fit in their obligations to provide a satisfactory service time and agreement like a warranty. Ie. 1, 3 or 5yrs.
Useful mobile scanning device - and better than many desktop scanners too!

Like other reviewers, bought this some time ago but it's really coming into its own now that I regularly need to scan receipts and other documents on the move and email or download them into accounting software and storage devices. It's obviously not as quick as a fast automatic feed photocopier for volume but it's significantly better than faffing around with a flat bed scanner even in the office. The features to scan in black and white and to detect the borders of an irregularly shaped receipt are particularly useful.

A great app, very handy for quickly scanning and sending docs. I use it for images as I'm a design teacher, when the scanner is unavailable. People that think simply taking a photo is the same as using this app, have obviously not used it properly. Taking a photo won't allow you to enhance the image through settings, and taking a photo doesn't allow you to select or auto select the outline of a page. Great stuff even for white board notes.
