It was our first time time at Wimbledon and the whole experience well and truly exceed our expectations in every single way. We were treated by Scurfield & Associates to Court 1 tickets and got to experience the atmosphere and witness top tennis in the flesh. We cheered on Heather Watson and into the next round, saw another great women’s singles game then onto Alcaraz. I was amazed by the pace of serve and ground play. He won in three sets and just when I thought my day was over and could have stayed all night, Jamie Murray & Venus Williams come walking out for a Doubles match which they won. I even got to experience the roof closing and them playing which felt like an extra treat. I was mesmerised by the whole experience, the flowers, the layout and a special thank you to every single staff member who were so friendly and helpful. Yesterday was an experience I’ll never forget and will have for life. I am truly grateful for the opportunity to go and thank you to everyone involved and everyone at Wimbledon, much love James 💜💚
Frustrating whilst in the grounds

I really liked the app when first introduced to it and it worked beautifully until I walked through the gates. Thereafter it was a pain. It wouldn’t load the order of play at all, live scores were out of date and, worst of all, trying to access the tickets again to take our seats in the centre court was a complete nightmare - just the wheel of doom. According to the door supervisor I wasn’t the only one who had experienced this but he wouldn’t let us in unless I could display the ticket again. Finally got it to work by shutting down my phone and restarting and then left it on that screen to be safe - so we thought. The app automatically closed down the screen for some reason and then I had to go through the whole rigmarole again the next time I left the court. After that the tickets stayed on the screen. Appreciate that I might have been partially at fault as I had failed to download yesterday’s version of the app but I was on the version from the day before so surely that should make such a difference. It was impossible to upgrade using mobile data presumably due to the amount of traffic in the ground so I was stuck and worried I would not be able to access my very expensive seats booked in early 2020. Thank heavens we left a good amount of time when we went to take our seats. All in all a stressful experience of the app just at the time when it should have come into its own.
Showing app tickets problematic

App is god at everything apart fro m showing tickets to gain entry to Wimbledon. Got to gate and lots of people, including us, couldn’t get our tickets to show. Internet and 345 G very patchy there on match days. Work around for us, as pointed out by staff, was to go into airplane mode. In this case I assume it shows a cached image without real time date time, presumably it does that to stop just a fraud image being shown. This has to be fixed so off line use is default and app still proves valid tickets. Second issue is I also had my wife’s ticket in the app meaning we both had to make sure we were together when regaining entry t the stand. Third issue is if better dies on phone. Corporate visitors had card tickets. Lucky them !
Great app but needs favourite players fixing

The app is really good with being able to view the schedule and live matches, info on players and being able to set notifications so it only tells you for example the start of a match of your favourite player and not the results (as to not ruin it if you are watching or going to watch a match later). However one issue which this app has frustratingly had for the past two years is the favourites feature is broken. Any favourite players I’ve selected in the past is not an issue, but if I want to select new favourites the app forgets these as soon as you come out of the app which isn’t great when you’ve got numerous players you want to keep tabs on. Please can you have a look at this as it’s such an important part of the app. Thank you.
