UPDATE: This is still the best in class by a country mile. The developers have a very acute sense of what is needed and when. Updates do not compromise data (unlike some others I could mention). The ability to track emails, letters, phone calls, files, events and virtually every aspect of CRM cannot be understated. I have suppliers contacting me daily, some of whom adopt the “When we last spoke you promised …” when, in fact, no promises had been made whatsoever. In a world where we all live on texts, emails and voicemail, this app shines. Try it, I am sure you will appreciate it very quickly!ORIGINAL: I have been a staunch user of CJournal for a considerable time and it is now part of my business’s day-to-day “go to” apps for customer and supplier interactions. Whether you need a CRM in the purest sense, or, like me, you need to keep track of multiple things going on both professionally and personally, this is the app for you. No more forgetting what was last said, or who agreed to what, this keeps everything noted if you are disciplined and get into the habit of using it. It takes time, but once you have it configured the way that you want, you will wonder how you lived without it.

Great for keeping track of clients. I like the way you can keep client details on your iPhone so that you know if they are calling you, yet keep them separate from personal contacts and easily remove them when no longer needed. That is if you remember to convert them to private clients or change them to a different group before deleting in the app. I usually put them into a “to delete in [month]” group in case they contact me after I believe they are dead leads. My only criticism is that you can’t search by ‘user fields’ although you can see all the people with a say a list value you can’t search for just people with a specific item in a list. However, ‘pin colour’ is handy when looking on the map view and ‘currency’ is ok but you have to go into manage data to see a list of people with values.

I’ve been using paper index cards to keep logs of my customers and their appointment history (dog groomer). I was looking for a digital alternative which was simple to use, clear and concise, easy to set up, and secure. I have found all this in this app. I am able to save general info on the dog in once tab and then write what I have done to each dog on their appointments. I also really like the look of the app because at a quick glance I can see what I have done to the dog in the past. Logging info is easy and the back up to cloud and the export options widen the capabilities of what I can do next! Excellent. I will be purchasing the full version as soon as I each my 20th log. Thank you to the developers of this great app.

Due to illness my memory is struggling. And I run a community event, a market, a traders stall and a cleaning business. This app has helped me so much. The version I’m using is free. I can log note like cleaning rates, or screen shot of people’s insurance, their a todo reminder section, so log when people’s insurance is up for renewed to remind me to chase them. You can set different tags, ie) cleaning client, staff, market, traders etc, use this so you only see people in that tag, or group etc. I’m defo considering upgrading at some point. A little brain in my pocket, helping organise everything. I will be a committed users and have already recommend to many people.
