A small, free program named Autograph Helper must be installed on your computer to receive the signature.

Nice interface and easy to use. However, images exported to iPhone 'Photos' come out as a black image, which makes the use of this App quite limited. Disappointingly, when I wrote a helpful e-mail to the Developers two weeks ago it went unanswered.

Really simple app that captures your signature so you can paste it into documents. I haven't tried the pc connectivity as I don't need this feature. I use it to place signatures in numbers and pages documents which is does perfectly. Five stars for that alone.

This app is just what I wanted to capture a simple name or the signature to finish emails. Works really well with my iMac & MBP. The whole process is seamless.Grab it whilst its free but buy it when its not anyway. Would give more stars if available.
