What a great app I’ve used this for some months now and find it’s so easy to use, compared to some of the other ones that is have used. I love the number of drops this tells you, and that this shows use mapped by number route. This make it easy to change your route as required. Shows the mileage that you will cover as well as the time your route will take, even thou it’s not that accurate. You have the option for last drop or round trip this make it easy to plan your route if you have to return back to base. You can even add extra drop one you have started your route. That’s a great option to have. Of course like with any thing there are some down sides. The route time is not accurate take some time longer to complete than the given time. Other wise a great app to have

Could do with the numbers on top of the keyboard to start with but other than that very good app**That was the review I typed up back in 2021 Now I’m back in Courier work I was eager to download this again and get back into the flow. I immediately paid for the upgrade without seeing the rest of the app as I thought it would be how I left it. Whatever you have done to this app is completely the wrong direction. If it’s not broke, don’t fix it! The route is completely all over the place going back on itself constantly. You no longer have the map carry on from the last stop to the next. You have to constantly be tapping the screen to go to the next destination which makes this app completely pointless as I might as well use the slow service the company provides. Really bad don’t understand why the makers have done this. I’m gutted with the service and will be enquiring for a refund.

App changed at the worst time

Have been using this for a year or more to do multi drop route one day a week. Was working okay until last week when the app was updated and a lot of the features changed, revised or removed. Very frustrating that I am unable to import the list of favourites addresses that I had built up over the last year into the new address book, and that I can not add addresses from the favourites list onto a route plan. Since the update, and in particular today I have had numerous occasions of addresses disappearing from the route and addresses that I have deleted from the route reappearing on it when re-optimising it. One positive change is the ability to add addresses using the camera to scan them and it seems to delete addresses from the route more quickly than it used to.

This used to be the king of route planing. However they released a new version in the last couple of months or so and it truly is a load of crap. It’s super glitchy, loads slower than the old version & now crashes every day multiple times! Fact is the older version was loads smoother and wouldn’t hardly ever crash.. maybe 3-5 times a year max. There was nothing wrong with the old version from my perspective, if anything the menus and lay out were much better!! Seems like they well rushed the latest version imo and for that reason they get just 2 stars. Old version still gets 5 stars in my opinion. Such a shame because they had this market place dominated. When the update came out I paid for a full years subscription without hesitation, thinking that it’s going to be even better.. what a mug I was. You have been warned! If you route plan any more than 10 drops a day, you will get issues guaranteed.
