The update has changed the app completely and is even more glitchy than before! Although the new layout looks modern and clean it doesn’t seem to work as well as the old one. Profile photos are too small. I don’t understand the ‘icebreakers’ and no matter how much I dismiss them they just keep sending more. One of the most annoying things it that when it updated I had a load on unread messages which I’ve had to go through one by one and delete, these are messages I’d already seen and deleted previously months ago! There is no way to select and delete multiple like there was before and it also doesn’t tell you a number of how many messages it’s just a little red dot which I can’t seem to get rid of even though I’ve opened everything! Just feel like everything gets lost and is hard to see. I’m also not a fan of the colour switch 🤷🏻‍♀️. I also seem to suddenly be getting a load of random notifications like a ridiculous amount for the same thing and frankly it’s just annoying. On top of that when typing a message to someone the text box you type in hides the message and doesn’t expand so you can’t see what you’re typing. I use to find this app quite easy to meet people but since the update it’s much harder to find people.

Okay the app is great, the live streaming is a big hit, you can meet and interact with so many amazing and talented people and the idea of interacting with people around the world is a big plus! However, you have got to do better and stopping people from making fake accounts and spamming us with profiles that are fake even with the verifies tick in their name. I’ve had so many messages from fake accounts sending me unsolicited pictures and sending me links to websites I don’t want to look at. There must be a better and safer way for people to navigate this app cos I can see naive and socially unaware people being scammed and mentally scared from the filth that you guys seem to allow on your app. Bottom line, make the app safer and get a better system to determine fake accounts from real ones otherwise you’ve just created an app that creates a dangerous environment and could seriously harm innocent people who are clearly looking for companionship. Again a great app to interact with people, but it needs to be improved!

Came across this app by accident and at 1st glance it looked like Facebook in many ways so I joined up and was quickly making friends and having plenty of chats..so far so good , but there's a lot fake profiles and the occasional scam. They can easily be identified and blocked . But I've been locked out of my profile twice now by the site telling me in order to log back in I need to validate profile with the mobile number I set up account with , only problem is I'm no longer using the number I set up account with so its impossible for me to log back in and there's no way of rectifying it from what I can see. So it's starting from scratch and having to build up a new profile again and getting back all your previous friends. Sorry to pick holes but it's really the only fault I have with it and hope the developers read this and sort it out for all of us then I'll give it 5/5 stars

I used this app quite regularly, had made plenty of friends, met up with a few girls and even had a relationship. However, devs need to get this thing sorted, I received an email saying there was suspicious activity on my account (there was no such thing) and I was subsequently unable to access my account further and still can't!! I was actually considering upgrading my account but I'm so glad I didn't now, devs, do what your paid for or at the very least make the effort to respond to help requests, I seriously doubt that I'll receive any kind of response to this!! Fuming 😡😡😡 In an update to devs response I accessed my account, all chats and friends gone, after some trawling thru I did manage to find some of them again, but then, lo and behold, I'm blocked yet again!! How long are you gonna allow this to continue? Get it sorted!! 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
