Ridiculous blocking system

I live in Germany and use a VPN on my computer to watch British TV. I tried to sign up for Kleinanzeigen while the VPN was on accidentally and it didn’t work. Tried again without VPN and I got an email notification saying my account has been blocked…appealed it over email and got an email saying I was permanently banned, that I should “stay away from our marketplace” and they would not respond to any more inquires from me. Looked online and it seems like this is a common issue, plus people have been banned because they used a password manager (eg google autocomplete) . Surely on the registration page they could mention something about making sure your vpn is off rather than having this whole charade?? Can’t use a new email address because it’s all tied to my phone number which is banned too

I’ve tried signing up multiple times with 2 email addresses and still never received the verification link by email. When I sent an email the next day asking about it, it took 3 days to receive an email to say you would get back to me, then a further 4 days just for your support to tell me that the email should arrive within 15 minutes and that I should check my junk folder, which was an absolutely pointless reply after 1 week. The next response then took a week again. This has now been going on for a month and I’ve still not been able to sign up
