• Made for iPhone Duo. Close the phone and the Cover tab is a leather Bible stamped in gold, with the verse of the day beneath the title. Open it and the chapter becomes a book: two pages either side of the fold, turned like paper. • Book mode prints the open book on paper whatever your theme and tucks the tabs away until you want them. Choose the leather, grain, foil and lettering in Settings > Cover. • On the open iPhone Duo, Home, Explore and Listen spread across two pages. • Explore now leads with podcasts and the Library's classics, which you can read and listen to in the app. • Display > Brightness follows the screen when you change it elsewhere.

• Share the Verse of the Day straight from Home: the share button on its card sends it as verse art, with a link to the passage. • Sheet music, chord charts, lyrics and backing tracks now search by the song's title, so the partner sites find the song far more often. • Worship music leaves out low-quality compilation uploads, so the lanes stay full of the songs churches actually sing.

• Appearance follows your device. Light, dark or automatic, asked once during set-up and changeable any time in Settings. The reading colours in Display now apply the moment you choose them. • On iPad, a player sits at the foot of the sidebar whenever something is playing, whether that is a chapter read aloud, a podcast or worship music, so what is playing is always in reach. • Spotlight finds the verses you have saved, and two Control Center controls open Today's Verse and Continue Reading. • VoiceOver gets a Scripture rotor and verse actions, and every screen honours Dynamic Type. • Find a book by typing its name, sort the list A to Z, and come back to where you were reading. • Four tabs instead of five, Explore tiles that zoom into the screen they open, and a Now Playing bar that keeps out of the way.

• Optimised for iOS 26 and iOS 27, including a fix for a crash on launch. • A new extra large verse widget, with the tall portrait size added in iOS 27. • Set how long a line of scripture runs, measured in characters per line, so the reader column suits your text size. Most noticeable on iPad. • Music now shows artwork and plays previews even without Apple Music access.

• Music: Christian songs for your reading, your church and your day. Lanes shaped by your taste, 30-second previews, favourites, and services you can plan and share with your team. • Fixes a crash when opening the Bible tab on iOS 26.

• Handoff: start a chapter on your iPhone and continue on your Mac, or pick up where your Mac left off (Bible for Mac 10.10). • Discuss conversations from your Mac now sync to your iPhone through iCloud. • Fixes and polish throughout.

• Plans & Devotions: 80+ reading plans (the whole Bible in a year, every New Testament book, the Psalms, M'Cheyne's calendar), daily classics like Spurgeon's Morning and Evening, and a 25-day Advent journey that starts on 1 December. • Follow several plans at once, keep a daily schedule or read at your own pace, and see today's readings on Home. • Open a passage from a plan and the reader shows where you are, lights up its verses, and lets you mark the day complete. • Reading Plan and Daily Devotion widgets for the Home Screen and the Lock Screen. • Ask Siri for today's reading or devotion, and open any plan or devotion straight from a link. • A devotion reminder that sits alongside your daily verse reminder. • Devotions read in your chosen font and text size. • A clearer first run that shows what the app does, and what is free, before it asks anything of you. • Fixes and polish throughout.

• New Prayer Journal — keep requests and gratitude in one private place, mark prayers answered, and watch a record of God's faithfulness grow. Syncs across your devices. • Bug fixes and polish throughout.

• New Lock Screen widget — today's verse and your reading streak, right on your Lock Screen. • Discuss now replies in your language, following your device's language setting. • Shared verses now carry links that open directly in the app. • Bug fixes and polish throughout.

• Bible Atlas: explore 900+ biblical places on an interactive map, each linked to the verses where it appears. • Walk the journeys: follow Abraham, the Exodus, Jesus' ministry, and Paul's missionary voyages leg by leg on the map. • Ask Siri: "Today's verse in Bible" — new Siri and Shortcuts support for the daily verse, verse look-up, Scripture search, and bookmarking. • Two new translations: the Berean Standard Bible (BSB) and World English Bible (WEB) join the library. • Search now searches the translation you are reading. • New Licenses & Credits screen honouring the translations and data that make this app possible.

• New Insights tab: watch your journey through the Bible grow. Every verse you read fills in your map of all 66 books. • Your rhythm: see when you meet Scripture (mornings, evenings, Sundays) and earn a label like "Early bird" or "Sunday faithful". • Year in Scripture: every day you spend in the Word lights up a square. A year from now, this is the story of your walk. • Tap any stat to see what it means and the reading behind it. Tap your streak on Home to open Insights. • Share your walk: a beautiful card with your streak, verses read, and how much of the Bible you have explored. • Your reading progress syncs privately through iCloud across iPhone, iPad, and Mac. • Accessibility and reliability improvements throughout.

• New Home screen: start each day in one place — your Verse of the Day, reading streak, where you left off, today's reading plan, and a daily devotion. • Reading streaks: build a daily habit and watch it grow. Reach a milestone to celebrate — then share your streak as a card. • Five new reading plans: the Gospel of John in 21 days, Proverbs in 31 days, Psalms in 30 days, the Wisdom Books in 30 days, and the Torah in 60 days. • Your reading font, everywhere: the typeface you choose (including OpenDyslexic) now applies across Home, Search, and Discuss. Set it in the display options. • Quick access to Settings and display options right from the new Home tab. • Accessibility, theming, and reliability improvements throughout.

• Introducing Discuss — a new AI Bible-study chat that answers your questions straight from Scripture, with verses you can open in context. Try it with the built-in examples, then subscribe or add credits to ask your own questions. • Devotions, Reading Plans, audio, and widgets are now free for everyone — the whole app is free except Discuss. • Better-formatted chat answers: headings, lists, and paragraphs now render cleanly. • Delete all your Discuss conversation history anytime in Settings → AI. • Cleaner onboarding, plus a clear note that your Discuss questions are sent to a third-party AI service and answers may be inaccurate. • Privacy, reliability, and bug-fix improvements.

• Your highlights, notes, and bookmarks now sync across iPhone, iPad, and Mac with iCloud • A beautiful new design — a warm, premium look across the whole app • Redesigned Verse of the Day widgets, now in your chosen translation • Share any verse as elegant verse art • Larger, easier-to-read verse text that always fits the screen • A localised interface, now available in more languages • Smoother audio playback, plus accessibility and stability improvements
