I love this app. It’s prompt, very useful with the prayer reminders and the Quran section with its translations are immensely helpful. But every so often the app will have incorrect prayer times. For example, yesterday Asr was around 520pm and today it’s supposed to be 519pm but it was showing 619pm or 18:19. Tomorrow and day after, Asr time is at 618pm or 18:18 but on 1st August it’s showing 514pm or 17:14. The same happened with other prayer times too. I had to look up the correct prayer time table on the East London Mosque website to make sure I had the right time. Some of us can be really depended on this app and we expect the app to give us the correct time, all the time. I understand that sometimes things might get a little bonkers but lately it’s been happening quite often. Would be grateful if this was looked in to. Apart from that thank you for everything you all do to maintain this app. You’re helping so many of us keep in track with our salaah and read the Quran more often. I’m very disappointed with this version of the app

I had been using the app very satisfactorily for over 4 years till sometime last month one of my favorite features “Verse of the Day “ was no longer featuring. After trying to restart my iPhone many times without its being restored I decided to delete and reinstall- my regret! The app comes with a no of disturbingly inappropriate adverts. I was on premium version before and can’t remember if I had to pay and if I did being somewhat elderly can’t remember my details. I’m grossly unhappy about this and will be shopping around for a more appropriate app if this can’t be corrected as there’s particularly no Customer Service. I’d referred and recommended the app to numerous contacts and wonder what their experiences would now be. Sorry but have helped you by being frank about this cos the app as it is presently truly is discouraging and discourteous to the practice of the religion. ThanksThe adverts are inappropriate and jump at you when you’re trying to be spiritual. Some quite sensual when you’re trying to commute with SWT.

I have been using MuslimPro for over 5-6 years, I recommended it to different people and my current account I have been using it for 4 years now, the app was really helpful, but unfortunately for the past few months it has been so disappointing, the perpetual ads especially those ads like TikTok which shouldn’t be on apps like MuslimPro, the cease of my adhan notifications, no longer be able to search for a verse by typing part of it in the search box which no longer available in the app, no able to find the pages I read in the history which I always need to know where I’m going to continue reading from and finally you have done well and here’s you’re gift, the gift you can’t claim 😪. I’m not gonna lie but this app started to looks like it’s been sponsors or operates by the non-believers. I wish they will take these complaints into consideration

The app is a very good app that educates Muslims and arlarms us when it’s Salah Mashalah etc. Another thing I want to say is every time I come on the app an ads come on, sometimes the ads were Islamic based sometimes the ads was inappropriate for a Islamic app Another bad thing about the app is every time they ask if you want to subscribe I declined it a lot of times and it keeps coming up again and again. I was so shocked the app was selling Athan’s Astaghfirullah be ashamed of yourselves. I know why you are selling other stuff but athans Audubillahiminashaydaanirajim. No kidding but are you guys even Muslims? you guys are just greedy for money subhanalah you guys need to change (from what I’m witnessing). And apparently selling our data to the US military for money! Well I don’t live in the US but think how that would affect people out there! If upyou need money give the option to donate money that’s fine but I will only donate to you guys if you didn’t sell data to the US military and if you did remove ads. I deleted this app temporarily till this app is fixed I am couraging you brothers and sisters to delete this app right know because your data is now public to the US Military. And I just heard that the developers are not even Muslim gosh, now I know why you guys are greedy for money. I would give the app a 0 out of 5 but the thing is the lowest Is 1 so obviously I’m going to give it a 1 out of 5 but if it changes I will give it a 5. Thank you.
