Amazing game but I feel like you will lose players

Absolutely love this game and I can’t be complimentary enough but I feel like you will lose players because you say that the Football is about building up from scratch but us Football fans we want to be consistent with the teams we pick and play with, as one season, really is not enough. I can’t be more complimentary to you guys as I think it’s fantastic, I just feel like your missing out on not having multiple seasons with one club, I get what your saying about building from scratch so on and so forth but we want to build on from what we’ve achieved and to lose all of that after one season really is frustrating and disappointing, a reply on this would be great! You’ve created a fantastic game though so awesome job!

Disappointing Support Response From OSM Staff

After more than 7 years of actively playing OSM, this is the first time I have truly been disappointed by the game—not because of gameplay, but because of the unprofessionalism and lack of competence shown by the support staff.Following the recent updates, my friends list stopped showing properly. I contacted support expecting a basic level of understanding and assistance. Instead, my report was closed with a dismissive and frankly ridiculous response: “You just need to scroll the bar to your left.”After seven years of experience, it is insulting to receive such an answer. I am fully aware of how to use the game and its interface, and the issue was clearly not user error, but a bug introduced by the update. The response showed zero effort to understand the problem, no troubleshooting, and no professionalism. For a game that relies heavily on long-term, loyal players, this kind of support interaction is unacceptable. If veteran players are treated this way, it raises serious concerns about how much the developers value their community. I hope the team seriously improves its support quality, technical understanding, and respect toward players, because this experience was extremely disappointing.

Hi, I love this game, and wouldn’t change much about it,but what I’d like to see is like an fa cup style competition where lower league teams play higher league teams and possibly cause upsets. Also competition’s like the champions league if your in a higher league team. Also if you manage a lower league team and you win the league you get promotion you should be able to stick with the team in the league you’ve been promoted to, also same as if you get relegated by having the option to get you back into the league you’ve just come from. One final thing, being able to get loaned players from any team in the world for one or half a season, I know this could be a real headache for you and not really possible, but that’s what I’d love to see and would increase my love for the game. But thanks for the work you put in and keep it up. That’s all for now😂😂😂😂 thanks in advance

Im playing this game since 2010, and achieved a lot with it and its fun. But it would be nice if all the teams in the leagues got their real club badges, not just a batch with a colour in it. Second: That you can choose a team for example from the second league, and you become champion, that you automatically get promotion to the higher league, same goes for the number last and second last, relegation at the end of the season. It gives you more flexibility and can decide if you want to stay with you’re team so you can be back to the highest level season later. For the number 2-4 that they can play play off matches, to get promotion as well. Regarding the winners cup, number 1-4 qualify if you play the top 5 leagues, but why not making a Winner Cup 2 (Kinda like a Europa Leauge) for the number 5-7.
