Version 1.3 of My Mortgage Mentor brings 'Flexible Overpayments' and 'True Cost' calculations, along with several other improvements and fixes. New Features ============= * 'Flexible Overpayments' allow you to add any number of 'Monthly', 'Yearly' or 'One Off' overpayments. So, for example, you can now see the effect of making a large lump sum payment part way through the loan. * Additional costs can now be added to the mortgage payments to allow you to calculate a more realistic 'True Cost' scenario. For example, you can factor in upfront mortgage arrangement fees or annual insurance costs. * Loan 'Start Date' can now be entered, and is used in various analysis views. * You can now 'Shake' your device to bring up the mortgage 'Summary' view (you can still access it via the Pie Chart icon). * The end of the 'Initial Rate' period is now indicated on the charts by a faint dashed line. * Mortgage 'Term' can now be entered as years and months. * More hints and tips added. * Entry field 'Clear' icon has been added when editing. It also has a pie chart which shows the ratio of interest to capital paid.
