Thank you so much for creating such a brilliant app! I’ve been using it since 2016 and it shows patterns that I would not have noticed (like menopausal weight slowly creeping on) had I not had an accurate record of my weight. I weigh often and regularly so this is a perfect app for me, thank you! It made me truly recognise how out of control my weight was and that I needed to rein it in. It motivates me and it has been a crucial aid for me throughout the years, especially at the moment while I’ve lost 30lbs so far in the past few months…seeing how close I am to where I know I have been comfortable in my skin in the past makes me realise how far I have come and how much further I can go. Really good for weight loss but could do with improvements when it comes to maintenance weight

This app has been very useful for me (I have managed to hit my goal weight range today). The daily reminder to check (and input) my weight has made me keep my weight goals in mind and resulted in me taking less risks with my diet. The ‘notes’ have enabled me to look back at the day before and record anything that worked particularly well or anything that I believe may be responsible for weight gain. I find I work better this way - assessing each day retrospectively once I know the consequences of the actions rather than recording every single thing that I am doing as I go.What I would like to see now though is 1. The option of coloured BMI bands on the charts so that you can see a visual demonstration of how close you are to the next BMI. 2. A ‘maintenance’ band (again visually represented on the charts) which highlights the spread of weights that you are happy to be and 3. congratulates you daily for maintaining your weight within that band (now that I have gotten my ‘congratulations you achieved your goal weight’ my hope is to never see that particular symbol again but I would like something else a mood enhancer for those days when maintaining my weight is taking effort). If these features were added to the app then it would get 5 stars from me.

This app works well for me. it’s quick and easy to use now I’m used to it. I’ve improved my portion control and make informed decisions about when and how to include indulgence days without losing my motivation. I can focus on recording what I eat and drink, without tantalising photos and recipes of food and drinks that would tempt me to stray off course. I eat what I want, when I want and enjoy the freedom I’ve gained around food. Intermittent fasting made it easier to cut out night binges. It’s a convenient reflection tool and weight loss tracker. I don’t even think about trying other apps since finding Weight Diary.

Against the ocean of health and fitness apps available today, it’s difficult to believe a small, independent app could stand out. Weight Diary manages.It’s clean and simple, without the fluff, marketing noise and endless lectures you get from other apps. My favourite feature is the trend line. It’s super clever; if your weight is under that line, you’re losing weight, over it you’re gaining. Giving you confidence that even if today’s weight is slightly higher than yesterdays, you’re still moving in the right direction.I can’t count the number of times I’ve recommended this to my friends. Well done.
