The athlete with the batten will then start running in the opposite direction...4/400mThe same has the 4/100 but each athlete does a whole lap of the running track before passing on the batten.DiscusThere's no run up so this could be done in the same place as the hammer is done. In dynamic mode you'll spin a joystick as fast as you can then press start your athlete will spin the disc at the same speed speed as you span the joystick then you press the release button to throw the disc. If you have five spins without releasing the disc it's a foul the other modes are the same as javelin.Shot-putAll the same as javelin but you are trying to push a ball as far as possible.Thanks.
