The Inspection report is very easy to use and allows you to show through photos and notes any issues that the Landlord and or Tenant are not aware of. You can add and change any area that you may need too, ie. Add rooms, change the names of the rooms. You are also able to show how the property is being looked after by the tenant.All health and safety systems can be added (smoke and carbon monoxide).Once the Inspection has been downloaded it is available for reviewing immediately.
