Recently it was hard to get responses from talabat team and delay if they do so. Also the riders always they registered another phone number and when u call it belongs to someone else who doesn’t work with talabat. The team who reviews the team they don’t even the complains carefully I ended raising complaint about the person who responded. In addition the language most of the times with riders is hard to understand as they don’t speak Arabic and English. I also suggest that Talabat should add icon for users to add photos for clear location awareness.

1. There is absolutely no way to contact a customer service agent in case you encounter a problem with the app itself. And the help centre FAQ is useless. 2. I was also given a voucher from being referred to download the app. It states that the referrer should also receive a voucher but they did not get one at all. Only I was given a voucher which did not work in any restaurant or grocery shop. I tried every shop and restaurant and it did not work. The voucher doesn’t even have terms of use to understand why I cannot apply it anywhere on the app. Is this a scam to try to get more people to download the app? Ridiculous. 3. The tracking page isn’t always accurate. Sometimes it says 5 minutes and you end up waiting for 20 mins. Equally sometimes it says 5 minutes but the rider is already outside the house. It would be more useful to have accurate tracking time. 4. Many restaurants/ shops which state that they have talabat delivery don’t actually show up on the app which is really frustrating. I assume this is a distance issue, however, these shops/ restaurants could still be included in the app with a slightly higher delivery fee. 5. Delivery location- despite pinning the most precise location possible on the map, and writing every single detail of my delivery address; majority of the time the drivers fail to actually show up in front of my house!
Bad service and non-professional

Worst food delivery application ever. Today I made an order and put my home location on their map. The application considered the location as part of a nearby area and asked for a 2Jds delivery. Minuets later the restaurant called me to ask for the address and they said that I have to pay 3.5Jds for delivery because the location I gave them doesn’t belong to the area that the application stated.I spent an hour of receiving phone calls from the restaurant and Talabat and explain the situation every time, to finally receive a call from Talabat saying that the restaurant insists on the extra delivery fees, therefore they cancelled the order. I don’t blame the restaurant though because it is not their fault! Any respectable company (not Talabat of course) would pay the extra delivery fees and correct their maps for next times. But apparently not what Talabat and their non professional workers who cannot even pronounce the restaurant name nor the areas names correctly, would do. I deleted the application anyway.

The service and the help center

I’ve had at least 3-4 problems in less than 2 weeks, and every time I talk to the help center they’d tell me that they can’t help, although they’re the ones who should help, and I’ve had my money taken away while my order going to someone else, and when I talked to the help center they said that the driver delivered it (he did! But to another house!!!) and I didn’t get any help, 2 days later I got another order with a missing item, I immediately talked to the help center and they told me that the restaurant closed, and that they can’t help so I contacted them the other day and they said that the time limit has exceeded and (as always) they can’t help,I will no longer be using talabat, it’s gotten WAY worse in less than a month, the service the orders the time to deliver, everything. That was my last time using the app.
