Wish we’d found this sooner. Easy to use app. Has everything you need to find your next home. I like the way you can draw your ideal location so you don’t have to trail through a load of places that look great but then you find are miles from where you really want to be. Our can even make sure our not looking at something that’s too big to really look after then ending up buying a holiday home that really only accommodates one towel and a packet of crisps not knowing where your going to fit he other half’s clothes and the 3 kids. Brilliant app

It's a good app. Very useful. Would be much better if users could use more specific criteria to search for property. At the moment the search isn't great. Probably because when idealista add property to the website, they do not use any kind of standard descriptive words to enable more specific searches. So a search for a garden is hit and miss because even if a property has land it may not be described as a garden, or having garden potential. Can't search for property near specific things e.g. rivers, mountains, villages. Not a very clear line between searches for property that needs work, property that is a ruin, or is walk in liveable. And there's a lot more. Suppose it's because they take the info from other agents. Having said all this, it does the job. Just wastes a lot of time sometimes

Does the job and used by many agents

After using the app for a few weeks, i can say that Idealista as a website seems to attract a large number of listings and I believe many agencies maintain more up to date listings with Idealista than they do on their own websites. The app itself is easy to use and share listings with people. I’ve set up a range of search alerts which seem to work well, although results will be duplicated in the event of search crossover, so perhaps this is something which can be addressed by developers in due course. Good app, recommended.
One thing only I don’t like

Great app. One thing I don’t like, this is for idealista in general though rather than just the mobile app, is that once a property is sold or anyway taken out of the market, it just disappears..if you have it in your favourite list, it just disappears and you saddenly cannot see anymore anywhere and there is no way of knowing what happened to it. This is a shame. It would be good instead if idealista would update the status of the properties when these are for example’under offer’ or where there is a ‘sale agreement’ in place or when these are ‘sold’.
Bug fixes and performance enhancements. We never stop working. Every time we find something to improve or some error to fix, we get right on it. That's why every so often we upload a new version with performance improvements and bug fixes to make sure you always have an excellent experience with our app.
