My name is Martin I am living in london due to busy schedule I joined this platform on 2nd February. Within a two days I understood that this application has fake profiles and same and few profiles. Immediately I contacted to helpline and they said they can’t give us refund. They said to use this application for 30 days and then we can give you refund. After 30 days when I ask for the refund they said that they can’t give as I am not qualify. This application has fake I’d and they accept your request and then no one reply when you send massage I have Subscribed for 6 months premium service their advisor called multiple time to take gold package but I denied. Poor help and support this is like a charity to them. Instead of this go on Instagram or Facebook which is free and far better then this. This application has poor profiles as well. There are same profile which comes again and again. No one gonna reply no one gonna massage you. After this all things one manager will call and insisting to take gold package where you will find good girls profiles and all. But you will never find here. They are playing with you feelings and everything. By the end of the day you will loose your money, hope and trust. Thank you

I paid for a year's subscription on the website which I created for my sidter on 22-nov-2019. Within 24hours I try logging in it says the account is DEACTIVATED. Ok I create a ticket ask them what's going on I know honestly I haven't violated any terms.I receive a email your account is discontinued and we cannot share details of the reasons as you violated the terms. I need to know the reason this is FRAUD and I need my refund because you are cheating people by mentioning we can't share the reason but you have to as you have taken money from me I need to know what I did wrongn (IF I DID ANY) WORST EXPERIENCE after paying from a year's subscription and within 24hours only to be told the account is discontinued without a reason.

I live in London and installed this app to find a genuine marriage proposal/match, but my experience was extremely disappointing. After paying for the subscription, I realized most of the profiles seem fake or inactive. People send requests but never reply, and the whole platform feels misleading and dishonest.It honestly feels like a scam designed to take people’s money without providing a real service. I contacted customer support and requested a refund because the service was not as advertised, but they refused to return my money.I would strongly advise others to be careful before paying for this app. My experience was completely negative and a waste of money.

The number of times I’ve complained about this is ridiculous. Men joining this website should be asked to show their Decree Absolute = Divorced. Lots of men are NOT legitimate. They don’t even say they are chain smokers and alcoholics. Personally, I’m based in UK, I just don’t see myself living in India, even then daily 4-5 individuals from India, half my age are allowed to contact me. It just beggars belief!!!!!I have put down age above 50years. I don’t even want to have to go through the vetting process daily myself. It’s Very sad, particularly as it’s selling points are not legitimate any longer. Anyone can literally say anything and get away with it. The number of fake identities being used is also ridiculous!!! I’ve made a large number of friends on LinkedIn which is excellent for my personal work and personal growth situation. Only stern emails get results from the Shaadi team. Which is a huge pity given this app and website boast great accomplishments. So get ready for a huge rollercoaster ride of your life!!!
