Excellent product save that every once in a while a product I don’t care about stops me working to ask me what I think of it. I would have given it five stars but for that nuisance I score it two. If I want to tell you what I think I will be the one that chooses to do so - and I never will. Reduce prices and stop interrupting me.Been using this since 2014 and the only niggles are that it no longer offers repeat text from one field to the next (meaning that I have to copy paste); and that when I set it up I used my shopping email and can’t now merge it to my work address

Efficient and honoured on every legal documents I sent especially when one’s stationed abroad. I have appreciated signed for because my electronic signature is acknowledge everywhere around the world and finally considered legal. But I hope you retain my saved signatures because it is very difficult to draw signature on every document. I hope you will keep the system progressing because it is time efficient and effective especially when the documents are urgent. I have been with you for a very long time, thank you for all these efforts.

Very useful app but could be better

I have been using this app for over 6 years as it is one of the few ways I can complete any form remotely without the need to print, scan, post etc. It is therefore extremely useful. I would expect though that the attempts to make it even more user friendly could simplify the way date fields are filled in. At the moment you have to add text individually for each box (eg insert 0, insert 6 = day date; insert 0, insert 6 = Jun etc). This is slightly cumbersome and does slow completion down a bit. Not a show stopper but would be nice to see some improvements.
