Optimization of the application functions is required - date/time UK not just US, prompts for actions such as expenses (it can be logged but there is no function of ping on why has it not been approved, paid, completed), events should not be added to one parent’s day by the parent who does not have custodial care on that day without the approval of the parent to who that care day is assigned, the tone screener has poor AI capability and there seems not be no consequence within the app for messages that are ‘negative’.

An expensive email client you’re forced to use when the other parent doesn’t want to co-parent.A number of woeful inadequacies for such an expensive service…1) EMail folders have a 25 character limit, so if you organise messages by events/dates, you’ll soon run out of space…2) Expenses can be rejected with no space to provide a reason! Considering the legal focus of the app, this is a glaring omission!3) Useless implementation of “AI” that’s nothing more than a tone/semantic checker. The fact that I send one message and subsequently receive a barrage of messages from the other parent just indicates the gimmick.4) Calendar doesn’t integrate with device calendar for alarms/notifications.What’s the point? The other parent can still act in the worst way possible. The content is just as admissible in a court setting!Concerningly, info online shows the owning company office in London is permanently closed with directors constantly changing on the companies house register. It’s a UK subsidiary that seems to make a loss on its figures. Looks like they are just extracting money from honest people who want to see their kids!

A game changer for co-parenting communication

I’ve seen a big improvement in this app lately. The new option to make calls between co-parents is very helpful and makes communication much smoother.The support team is also excellent. Whenever I had a question or issue, they were quick to respond and very caring. It really feels like the people behind the app care about helping parents communicate better.A very useful tool for anyone managing co-parenting and wanting clearer, more respectful communication.

It’s an email client - a very expensive one

This is basically an email client. An expensive one at that.Notifications are hit and miss. Only 5GB of file space? If we can’t download and save to our devices what happens if we reach that? You’re gonna charge extortionate amounts of money aren’t you? You can’t format text. You can’t download messages to PDF from the app and save them to your device ….why not?Drafts do not sync across devices. The tone meter - It’s simply pointless. I’d suggest writing your ‘email’ in ChatGPT with a prompt or prompts accordingly. Overall. An expensive email client with very little function.. Money I could have used on the children instead.The developer response is pointless. I’ve pointed out - as have many others - how terrible this app is so if you’re not going to make it nothing more than an expensive email client why would I get in touch with customer support? These updates haven’t improved functionality or usability. It’s still an expensive email client, a ridiculously expensive one.
