It's simplicity reflects the amount of work put in by the developer's Simple to fwd onVoice clarity is excellent My only thought for improvement is a jump back option fo say 10 secs or 15 secs for example as I write up parts of my recordings & it's a ball ache keep moving the slider & the tiniest movement on a long recording goes back too far & this is very very frustrating with long recordings. That said it's the best dictafone I have used & worth every penny. Had it had a jump Back option then certainly a 5*l

Great audio quality and really easy to use two of the descriptors I would use for this piece of software. The developer has put a lot of effort into creating an easy to use, simple piece of software that mimics the good old fashion dictaphone of time gone by. The pro version includes bolt on extras that are each offered as individual in-app purchases offering well thought out bonus features. These are not essential but highly recommended. Such things include the ability to sync with your iTunes account, export to Microsoft or Dropbox accounts, email files and more. The cheapest option is to just buy the software outright as it is only £4.99 and this represents a absolute bargain. If you remain unconvinced, there is a lite version to try before you buy.

I paid for this App as Apple Icloud does not save recording on Dictaphone.. I have not actually tried it but already read and seen some results and I’m impressed with this App. It’s something I needed for my written, recorded songs. Good idea!! 👍🏾Today I recorded my daughter singing, her natural voice sounds so good on Dictaphone. I'm still learning about it.
Needs to be more intuitive

I use this for recording and subsequently transcribing large conferences. The playback options are poor. If I want to listen to a piece again I’m stuck with moving my chubby fingers along the line at the bottom to reach the exact point. An automatic 5s or 10s jump back button would be brill. Preferably both! Also if I’m listening on playback on lock screen and I press play/pause, if I go back to the actual app and press play, it jumps back to the start! Very frustrating in a 5 hour dictation!
