Not really sure how to play, it would be good to play on a smaller board to get to grips with the basic tactics. This game features in one of my favourite films, Pi. If Othello could be considered a linear game, this would be two dimensional version. Download and enjoy.

I know everything is in Chinese but Google Translate helps. Step by step moves. But the best thing about this App is you can see the count at the end and who won and by how many. Switching between the count and final board helps you learn how to recognize when it’s time to resign. I wish there were more up to date games.

Do not update!

If you haven’t, do not update the app.For some reason, after I updated, whenever I try to open an Excel file on my phone, this app opens up instead. I have to remove the app to access my files. Reinstalling the app doesn’t help either.
