This app isn’t working properly and so far I have had no response from support.It’s not doing what it is advertised to be able to do so if I can’t get support I want a refund.

Downloaded this to replace my iRule app (now discontinued) but struggling to configure due to various app shortcomings. Tried to contact support several times (only possible by e-mail) but no response received. It feels like I have wasted my money & would like to seek a refund….if only I knew how. If any support exists then please reach out to me. 🙏🏼

I have had this over a year, and slowly have upgraded systems in the house. With my phone, i can now control my home theater system, outdoor speakers, pool speakers, TV, Apple TV input changes into soundcast, etc. And every time I email the support team for questions, issues, and even recently when I changed routers - they were quick in helping me setup and reconfigure. excellent. worth much more than what i paid for the small smart-connect device. thanks guys! keep it coming
