My free spin isn’t working anymore meaning I don’t get the free items.. And connecting to Facebook doesn’t seem to log your progress, I used to play a while back, stopped when I changed device and then re-logged into the app and reconnected back to Facebook only to find I had to start all over again which seems to mean connecting to Facebook is rather pointless.. Otherwise I do love playing each day, even if I am running low on silver at the moment!

No technical support and no one cares

Worst edition ever done. Technical issues here and there, money disappearing, energy doesn’t go up when logged out, the grandpa quest is not progressing as he got stuck and the pigs can’t be collected. This way no chance to get him to Jane s farm and no wood is possible to be produced and no buildings could be built or items for deliveries to be manufactured. The whole point of the game was doomed. Was waiting for the new edition to see if anything would be sorted. They said yes, but… grandpa quest was still the same, all frozen and no wood to be produced and…. all buildings require even more wood to be upgraded than before! Raised a conversation with them !8! Times, 8! And none were responded, each time was monitoring the answer for like 10-12 days and then the only change was the status of the conversation- Closed! Tried to start a new game for 3 times to see if the grandpa quest could be resolved then and no change at any other attempt too!

I cannot help other farmers because they are now using newer version of the game but there is no way for me to upgrade my own which has resulted in me having to unfriend several farmers ….very poor!Also….why have you stopped us helping other farmers?? We used to have 5 energy, now that’s disappeared yet you still make the claim we can collect items by helping them. The only way to do this is by spending proper money. Same applies to expanding the farm. I have tried for months to get the compass etc….Very disappointing.When I started this game I would have given it a solid 5 but now only 1 I’m afraid.

Don’t waste your time and definitely not your money on this game, takes forever to level up. I went on it once a day because it took that long to refresh energy. You’ll only progress quickly if you spend a lot of money on this, download FarmVille. It’s more fun, plenty of activities. I’ve been playing it for 7 years and not spent a penny. The game designers clearly won’t let you progress until you spend lots of money, such a boring game with the feel of getting nowhere fast. Give it a go if you don’t believe me, trust me you’ll delete in no time, worst game ever
