I have been using MakeMyTrip app for some time now, as based outside India it is easily one of the most user friendly apps to book your domestic travels. It’s quick and mostly you get the best rates available on the market. As my mother still lives in India, your app has made it so easy for me to book her domestic and international travels hassle free. Kudos to the entire team for running this informative one stop travel provider engine.
Worst service! Use Agoda instead.

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by MakeMyTrip. After making bookings worth lakhs of rupees through their platform, this is by far the worst customer support experience I have ever had.My flight was cancelled by the airline due to airspace closure, and despite this being an airline-initiated cancellation, MakeMyTrip has been completely unresponsive regarding my refund. I have tried contacting them through calls, emails, and the app, but it is almost impossible to reach an actual human for support. Either the calls don’t connect or I receive generic responses with no real resolution.What is most frustrating is that instead of MakeMyTrip proactively helping their customer, I have had to chase the airline, the ticketing agent, and their support team myself with no coordination from their side. This defeats the entire purpose of booking through a travel platform.After being a loyal customer and trusting them with expensive international bookings, this level of service is completely unacceptable. Customer support should matter most when things go wrong, not just when bookings are being made.I would strongly caution travellers to not use MMT. I myself have deleted the app permanently. Use Agoda instead, their service is far better, quick and reliable. Agoda has been extremely helpful with my bookings and supportive when things go wrong.

Due to the current situation in the middles east my flight was canceled.When I called to rebook once flights opened I was told it’s not possible to and I would need to request for a refund I was told it would take 3 weeks I booked a one way that was the price of my return initially booked with make my tripAfter several follow ups and complaint I was told the airline has not refunded them so they can’t refund me It’s been a month - I’ve requested to speak to a manager or even a supervisor but no one ever callsThey staff don’t care or don’t even pretend to care.The last call I we had with Sappi she assured us we would receive a call form a manger it’s been another two days no one has calledWe filled out the online complaint form to have our query resolved no replyThese people are as good as thieves they are giving me a run around for my moneyWe usually book all our trips through them and even our families request travels.But after this experience never again!!I IRGE YOU DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY AND PIECE OF MIND WORST CONPAH EVER
App good to use but user set up trouble

App user experience is good and intuitive. I have problem with a new mobile number which is linked to the person who had the number before (number reassigned by operator) and I can see the persons email and details. I’m unable to change the email to mine as it says another email is linked to the phone number from previous user of the mobile. tried calling the number for support several times but no luck through the automated system. No option to email/message support on app as well.
