After my main phone was stolen, I couldn’t reconnect for a few days. This Wi-Fi network map was invaluable—it let me use my old mobile and then a new replacement over Wi-Fi without needing a new SIM. That meant I could stay in touch and avoid interrupting my WhatsApp messages or confusing contacts by using a new number. It was a simple but crucial solution until I could get a replacement SIM on my old number

The app Killed my WiFi connection.

I downloaded the app on the weekend with the intention of setting it up in a few weeks when I when off travelling. So I did not set up the app at all, I just downloaded it. Suddenly my phone wasn’t connecting to my home WiFi or my work WiFi which both had been reliable and sturdy connections for the past year. The connection just keep cutting off and I would have to turn off my WiFi then on again on my phone for it to find the connection again then the connection only lasted moments. I thought that possibly something might be wrong with my phone or service provider , very unlikely as I have a new iPhone 12 Pro Max and the service provider had no reported issues but I thought I would give it 24 hours and see if it got sorted. After 24 hours and several reboots of the phone and still no usable WiFi connection I decided to remove this app. Once removed all WiFi service returned to a normal stable connections.

Probably one of the worst apps I have ever come across. Firstly, it's extremely limited unless you pay for it, requiring an Internet connection to download the data in order to get onto wifi to get an Internet connection! I then had the opportunity to try the full paid version on my partner's iPad when we went to Thailand. I must have been through easily a thousand access points roaming around Bangkok and guess what? Not ONE was listed in this useless app. What's worse is that when comparing the list of AP points given by this app, NONE of those exist either. So you have the situation were NONE of the actual AP points found by the iPad are known to the app and NONE of the items listed in the app actually exist either (I think they're just made up by the creators to give the illusion of lots of info provided by the app). In short, a complete waste of time and money. Avoid!

I love this app. The ability to easily share wifi for others to access is incredibly useful and the tools provided are excellent. I also appreciate the points system as to unlock more features of the app for free and their crypto is great because after earning enough I can purchase eSIM for free which could be very useful at times. I highly recommend using this app for sharing wifi and for its great VPN and eSIM.
