Many bills don’t repeat every month: for these bills, Chronicle will calculate how much you need to set aside each month so that you have enough to pay it when it comes due. For example, you may have an auto insurance bill of $500 that is due every 6 months. Chronicle will calculate that you need to set aside $83.33 each month in order to have enough to pay the bill each time it is due.
Intelligent Estimated Amount Due: Helps you know how much will be due for bills that vary. Using the type of bill, your payment history, and the time of year, Chronicle will intelligently calculate an estimate of how much is due. For example, Chronicle will be able to learn if your electric bills are higher or lower in the winter, and estimate accordingly.

I’m so glad I came across this app as I was using spreadsheets to keep on track of my bills and it was constantly having to log on computer and manually tick off. Now I’ve found this app life will be so much easier as it lists everything I need to know by adding the balance I can see how much my bills will be when they are due and what my balance will be after I’ve paid them.

Archived or deleted?

At first I found this a handy app for monitoring incoming payments from my clients when taking credit card payments. I use a payment processing provider which gives me the option to receive a combined deposit of payments on a set day each week.This handy tool allowed me to monitor the individual payments and ‘archive’ them individually when they arrive. However, I’ve tried to find an ‘archived’ payment and I cannot find any historic transactions at all.The ‘help’ section is no help and very basic. The app ‘screenshots’ on the App Store indicate historic items can be viewed yet I cannot find them anywhere. Another issue is whilst writing this there have been no updates or bug fixes for 5 months and I subscribe to the pro version.

I am using this app for a couple of years and it’s a great app. Really useful for me and helped me a lot to keep on track with my bills. Didn’t gave 5 stars because it has a bug that occurs every couple of months: the day and date don’t match, example: 1 November 2025 shows as Sunday, when actually it was in a Saturday
