I’ve had an awful few years, I work for the NHS, worked through two lock downs, losing a huge amount of patients, on top of that and worst of all I lost my husband. I saved up and I’m flying over to meet my cousin in Australia for the first time (we were separated through adoption), I’m 58, she’s 56. Whenever I have a bad day at work or in life, I click on to the app and literally watch the second’s go down until I fly off to meet her. All the other bits and bobs on the app are really handy too but for me, it’s my happy countdown
Weeks and days since and event - just what I was after!

I wanted an app that count keep track of events coming up in the future as well as tell me how long it had been since other events had happened. I also wanted an app that would tell me how many weeks to go till an event.My previous app for tracking days since events that happened in the past had stopped working, and it is surprisingly difficult to find. I used it to keep track of dull stuff like how long it's been since my last haircut, but also to keep track of important medical issues for my son. I would love to see a way of exporting and backing up this information, due to how crucial it is for us to keep track of this. I'd love this in a future update! However, as it is, it is a nice and well designed app, that does just what I'm after!

So amazing app but there can be improvements first if there was widgets supported for ios will be amazing and second if they had a notification or alarm sound when the specific countdown is near and hits 0 (the alarm would be optional so if an developer were to add this to the app it could be a specific setting like ‘add notification when countdown hits 0 or add alarm when countdown hits 0’)

I love how it has the option to favourite an event so when you open the app it shows the for example the soonest event. It is cool how your can add a photo too the background of the event so you can remember what it looks like when you are on your way to the event! It is very precise (In a good way) so you can actually see how many seconds till the event which is very cool 😃

* Your timer, your way — choose Light or Regular digits and a Glass, Frosted, or Solid background (Settings → Timer Options)
* More reliable — fixes for crashes on launch, widget improvements, and better support for older iOS versions
