Love the game, hate the administration

I have been playing the game for years and I still enjoy it. However I have considered to give it all up and still do In some occasions. All goes well until you need a little assistance, a little support from COVET Customer care. Should that happen.... well..... just forget it! In the past I reached L 19. To do so it took me 3 years and spent good money. One morning I sign in and I see that there is something wrong . I do some investigation and I soon realised that I have been bounced back to a previous account I forgot I had and it was at L 3. The account I lost was linked to FB and there was no reason why that happened. I wrote, emailed, phoned . All pointless, I never returned to my L19. Now often I have technical issue. For example I don’t get the required items to take part to a challenge o similar things. I never managed to find a real person to talk to..nothing but pré-recorded messages. Also consider that u will spend £5 a day to play. It is not a cheap game. And now, to crown the many annoying things, I am no longer able to do any purchases at all. When I try it request a confirmation from my bank, but to do so, I need to go to my bank app or to my phone messages and when I return to COVET the transaction has already failed, so I can only style with what I have. I don’t buy props in principle because they are too expensive and because I see them misused by other players. There are people that use props so much that one cannot even see what the model is wearing. What you see is just a carousel of elements, flash lights, smoke, shades, and I find it very irritating

Even though I’ve left reviews and contact staff many times. This game is getting harder and more expensive. I suffer with chronic mental health so this lockdown is really effecting me. I’ve had to have counselling due to spending ridiculous amounts of money. Just on hair accessories alone I’ve spent 300. So over all I think I’ve spent 1000 pounds. I live in a hostel due to domestic violence. I’m a very lonely woman. I’m on benefits. I loved paper dolls as a child but you are taking advantage. To seriously stand a chance of even getting 5 stars or winning you need to spend real money. It’s extremely addictive and this game is supporting real fashion designs and models. You know I’d love to have a real photo shoot but I’m not a model or rich. It’s a very addictive and selfish game. You need to think of how this game is taking advantage of vulnerable people like myself. You seriously need to make challenges easier and win more diamonds. Make everything cheaper. I’m very grateful for the free gifts. But unless you wait and wait and save and save your free 500 diamonds a day. You will have to spend real money. It’s very competitive and the Rallies are so hard. Even my fashion group are suffering. Please please find it in your heart to make everything cheaper. More ways to earn diamonds and making challenges and Rallying easier. This is effecting me financially and mentally. If I could I’d leave but I love my house group. We have become a family. Remember it’s not just about you. We are all in this together. Less is more.

I’ve been playing this game for months now and as much as it’s good when styling and creating looks. There needs to be more ways to earn diamonds, they give you rewards but they are small unless upping to the next level when your wardrobe has earned so much. The competitions they give you to buy stuff is extremely expensive diamond wise and sometimes cash wise. Then they expect you to keep spending your own money to buy diamonds for the competition which I think is ridiculous because for the money you don’t get much of them especially when the stuff to purchase uses most diamonds you buy. This part of the game seems like a complete scam. I think I’ll give it another week or so until I get the rest of my votes in from my outfits and then remove the game because honestly the further into the game you go the more diamonds you need to buy stuff for the competitions meaning you have to keep spending your own money it’s not worth it. I feel sorry for younger ones who like games like this and feel the need to spend. It’s not right. It’s suppose to be a game not a money gimmick do better. There is a game very very similar to this one that is so much easier with their diamonds and things to be earned I think I’ll stick to that one going forward it’s practically the same but you don’t have to spend your hard earned money to be able to purchase diamonds.

This game is AMAZING 🌟, with real life brands, competitions everyday, a selection of millions of different clothes, and well, everything a fashion 🌸 game needs. If you are, in fact, thinking of getting this app, definitely do, and keep with it, don’t delete it write away. I gives you a story as well as a theme for every look you style. One thing I would say could be a slight problem, is that there are no male models. Now, this isn’t that BIG of a bad thing, but I think it would make the game more interesting, cause who said boys couldn’t be models?Anyways this game is great, I love it! 🖤🖤🖤I rated it five star could go down to four though, it just needs to be that little bit better. Another problem is that, quite a few of the challenges are for people who have gotten VERY far into the game, and having an extremely big selection of clothes. Now, I don’t think this is fair, and the game would be very enjoyable if this were fixed. Another thing is that, only the rich people, that pay real money, get high on their looks (Looks are voted by the public) as you have to pay for things like accessories, which make the outfits more...WOW. Overall I really like the game only a few problems, download it, play it, keep it, love it. 🖤🖤🖤🖤

If you are, in fact, thinking of getting this app, definitely do, and keep with it, don’t delete it write away. I gives you a story as well as a theme for every look you style.
