A really nice laid out app, with all the stats, figures and team play etc.I haven’t subscribed yet, as I’m unsure if I can view live games from the UK without using a VPN. As I don’t want to buy an annual pass, only to find I am unable to watch games.Other than that, please would you include attendance and officials data in the games, as you provide on the Website version?Thank you!

Play control on Apple TV

Please improve play controls on the Apple TV app, the current 30 second skip is far too long and should be 10 seconds like every other app. There is also no way to seek forward or back which really should be a basic feature on any sports app. I would AirPlay a stream to Apple TV from my iPad Pro (from which play navigation is easier) but that is broken. All in all a very poor viewing experience on ATV. August update - 2 months later there’s still no improvement in play navigation controls on ATV other than jumping around in 30 second skips, which is next to useless. Also the limited Airplay functionality in the previous version (it sometimes worked if iPad screen permanently on) is now completely broken in the latest release. I guess the app devs just don’t care enough to sort basic functionality, disappointing. Edit: As per request asking for further details of Airplay problems on Apple TV (4K), it simply doesn’t work. The playback device connects to ATV on Airplay request (either from WNBA app or the Apple device itself) but the stream will not play at all, the red circle error icon on ATV’s Airplay screen is displayed. The same result happens when sending to ATV from iPad Pro 2nd gen, iPad Mini 5 and iPhone 13. As I say the previous workaround of leaving the playing device screen permanently on no longer works. I can stream video via Airplay using other apps without issue, this behaviour with the WNBA app is repeatable (for me at least) so you should be able to reproduce this yourselves I would have thought. September 15 edit: Would downgrade my original score if I could, nothing fixed regarding reported basic app functionality issues. Have now cancelled subscription renewal, woeful experience.

New update ruined app for iPad

Didn’t have any problems before but I am a league pass subscriber that uses my iPad to watch the games and the app is genuinely unusable on iPad, it feels like they didn’t even think about it. Full screen doesn’t work properly, moving between game and box score is really janky, Picture in Picture does not work when you leave the app, and when you try to go from a game back to the home screen after you’ve scrolled around or watched a bit it is literally impossible - I have to fully quit the app and reopen it again. As someone who pays to watch the games I expect more consideration when developing new updates, it would genuinely be easier to watch them for free.

Hide Scores option doesn’t actually hide scores

Yes it will hide scores on the main ‘Games’ page but that’s it, click on a game to watch it and the box score opens up fully populated!For those of us in the UK who like to watch the games in full next day without knowing the score, this is a big deal. Any chance of fixing this would be greatly appreciated! Even just opening up the game page on a screen which doesn’t have the box score on it would be beneficial - also having the Game screen as the default on launching the app as News also has some spoilers.
