The idea is fantastic.I still don’t understand why 3 letters daily are mentioned, I keep getting constant feed. I don’t see what premium version gives you, it is sooo unclear.The app is terrible, notifications doesn’t work properly, new messages doesn’t appear, you have to switch between daily and inbox few times. All the time I send and get unintended friend request, I don’t even know what I clicked, and I get the same feedback from other users. Responses are not indicated on the inbox list, no preview or any kind of marking, you have to check convos one by one to see which one got the reply!Do the devs even use the app? It sometimes give a vibe of being made by high schoolers.

I’ve seen this app come up a couple time and for someone like me who struggles with mental health and has no one to talk to it is a lovely concept but the fact you need to pay makes it inaccessible to me, im not financially stable enough to support my self let alone pay to be able to talk someone. Yes there are charities but that’s how this differs, them you have to call and speak to someone, you can’t always do that with mental health. Sometimes it’s easier to write it down to talk. In my personal opinion if you make an app like this it shouldn’t be a paid thing, the only benefit anyone should receive from it is being able to talk freely, and help others that are struggling,not an income, because again im left just needing to talk with no one to talk to, can’t pay because I don’t have the money and can’t call a charity because my mind goes blank and I can’t even make a sound. If you’re going to make people feel like they can talk don’t charge them, or Atleast tell them that they will be charged before they are lead into a fails sense of security

This app has Amazing potential but definitely requires also more, in terms of moderation Ai to sense when peoples are suicidal or literally asking for ways to off themself - linking them to wide range of global support,What do you want out of this app, do you want to focused on the anything goes a plays for any and all thoughts as well as response in monitored just an open market of thoughts.Ok well no on in paying what your asking when Elon musk has X and no one od stopping anyone from making anonymous account to thought dump, or Reddit, or discord… basically your not a competitor in that marking in my opinion.However you have amazing potential in the mental health and support space, but at the moment the cost for the available features is lacking and just makes the company look a tad greedy and I had no way in all of linking this person to something and I think that should be an option, I did report it but then there was not really options to explain my report.I have loved my free trail on the app but won’t be sticking around, I hope to see this app grow into an amazing place where people can gain what they need.Whag I hope to see:• moderation • sponsored writers, a system in place where sensitive advice goes to your highest tier writers( after checking account for reports and such ) • the app would be great if it could have features expanding the friend setting to allow people to slowly Bring them off the app.As I saw many lonly writers.Again there is so much this app can do and I hope to see you grow, and maybe I’ll re-download.
