HOW DOES IT WORK?
After you decide to learn with Nibble and download the app, you can choose a subscription plan most suitable for your goals.
The Nibble subscription renews automatically at the end of each period (each month, 3 months, year, or otherwise, depending on the selected option) until you cancel. Canceling your subscription means the automatic renewal will be disabled. However, you will still have access to all your subscription features for the remaining time of your then-current period.
If you start a free trial, you will be automatically charged a price indicated on the payment screen for a chosen subscription period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the free trial.
Note that deleting the app does not cancel your subscriptions.

I subscribed to Nibble on an introductory offer and have really enjoyed using this app. I found it informative and entertaining. I particularly enjoyed the quizzes. Unfortunately I forgot to cancel my subscription and did not realise that it was on auto renew. I could not afford to continue with the service in these financially difficult times and was quite anxious about this. I contacted their customer service and explained the situation. They responded immediately and cancelled this for me. In my experience this is customer service above and beyond. I cannot praise them enough. Customer service is such an important aspect. In this app then you have a brilliant product and real support in the service they provide. Thank you.

A good baseline

It’s a great app, I love the format of the lessons and the topics it delves into. But the app feels like it just scratches the surface of its potential. I think what’s worse is it asks you so many questions at the beginning as if it’s a really complex app that tailors the learning experience to you but then you find out that all the subjects are fairly small and there’s not a huge amount of them. I’d say prioritise on content at the moment. I’m using this app because I want to learn useful information about topics that I’m interested in, in my spare time. It’s so much quicker than reading a book and the format goes in faster so use that. It needs more content, I.e more topics, much more detail about topics, more diagrams that help understand the overview. Things like history are often learnt best when they’re told as stories so we have perception of how things changed over time and why. Also it needs way more quiz’s to check that you’re actually learning what you’re reading, maybe something as well that helps record your level of knowledge to show your progression, things like achievements, you’re a master at the ancient Greeks because you’ve scored 90% on our hardest overall test. I’m leaving a long review because id love to use this app but at its current annual price it’s probably not better than using ChatGPT and google. Definitely has big potential though to be no1 learning app and make learning for adults and children easier and more fun, schools don’t exactly set a very high bar!!

Cancel subscription for £165 discount

READ FIRST: If you like the app make sure you cancel it. They immediately offer you to cut the price from £15/month to £15/year!!!! I got the app initially as a way to take me away from mindless scrolling. I was under the impression there would be lots of videos and interesting content. Instead I found a very shallow pool of content, that is all text based. Not engaging, limited, and expensive compared to just reading wiki. They then make it very confusing to cancel, and you have to jump through hoops to do so. I thought I had cancelled only to be hit with a bill for £46 months later. Although I immediately contacted them to highlight my mistake they refused to cancel and refund. It seems as if there business plan is to advertise well (but not accurately) and then hope you accidentally don’t cancel your extremely overpriced subscription (proven to be overpriced based on the extreme discount they immediately offered when I cancelled.) Bad app. Bad company. Do not be suckered in like I was.Edit: the charge is being refunded now, so re-rating to 2 star due to helpfulness of customer service team. However can’t rate above that because I still feel it is falsely advertised and overpriced.

I’ll address this to the human being these managing responses. I know you probably didn’t write the policy. You probably have a nasty money hungry boss, at Kremital Ltd in Cyrus, telling you the policy is never to give refunds. But I expect you’re also a human being with a family and friends. Maybe a mother. Imagine that woman on mat leave who is getting overdraft charges due to your app was your mum. Imagine it’s your best friend crying because they can’t get a refund for charges they didn’t know they agreed to and they get told tough luck when they ask for a refund. You must know this app is scamming people and hurting people with unethical charges and unfair refund policies. I appeal to you - don’t just send a copy/paste this time about emailing your support. You know they won’t help. Challenge your boss and make them do what is right. You know this app is scamming people who can’t afford to pay with very high hidden fees. There’s a whole facebook group about it and the stories are devastating. I know you are doing your job, and you’re better than this.
