So much potential

The app is ok from a generic, non personalised sense (it gives you information about each phase essentially), but it could be so much better! I wish it were like the clue app but with a fasting component essentially. Or even if it connected to the Clue app or other cycle tracking apps plus the Life app - then you could see all your menstrual cycle info plus fasting info in the same place. At the moment I’m using FLAG, Clue and Life to keep track of everything, I wish it were all combined! I’m a big Dr Mindy fan, think her work is amazing and vital; hope her developers are able to bring some of these changes that women are asking for 😊

Could be amazing

I would happily pay for a version of this app which:
- told you the exact day of your cycle instead of just the phase and “Day 16-19”
- allowed you specific insights into your cycle, like how long it is in general or how you act in certain phases
- allowed you to plan for the future by seeing, for example, what phase you will be on in 2 weeks time when you’ve been invited to a party so you can decide whether to go or not.
- had a fasting timer

I have basically made my own google calendar which does most of these, but it’s a faff and I wish I could do it here!

This free version should also be improved to be functional for people who do not have periods every cycle, and for people who spot before their period - if I put my spotting in it takes me to day 1 of my cycle even though Dr Mindy says spotting is not day 1!

I just think if you’re going to create an app as a tool to work alongside the book, the app should work as the book says it should.

Hard to read

As you can’t contact the app makers directly I am leaving a review. YOUR APP IS HARD TO READ. I don’t suffer from any reading problems, but the colours and text font size have not been thought out clearly or tested on use experience. It’s so hard to read and makes me not want to use it. Also it could go with more summary fasting info. It needs work on improvements, so they really should engage with users to test out more new feature releases and improvements. It has potential, but ultimately it is a bit disappointing after reading the books.
