Good app for checking in your pet but not so good for security. Why is there no option to record to SD card when this app supports cams with SD slots? Cloud storage is expensive. Also my camera has LED spot light that I can’t activate. Night vision works fine but Spot light activated by motion sensor is a great deterrent that I can’t use. A previous update caused pop up adds to make app unusable but developers quickly fixed the issues. Good to know that at least it’s well managed

Considering returning the camera as did. It didn’t specify that it requires a monthly subscription when purchased. You can’t have the account to your house with multiple users you have to set it up with separate email accounts and then shared. We have a different camera set up around our home that requires no subscription and me and my other half can both use the same account etc. very disappointed with this service. Everytime I open the app now it comes with an ad that I have to bypass to get to my camera. We also purchased a bird feeder with a camera for the same app service but thinking of sending it back as not opened. Would strongly advise not getting any device that uses this service. It’s awful!

Forcing us to watch ads before opening camera goes against everything a homecam should be

The app has been good so far but the most recent update shows about 3 long ads before you can monitor your environment. This is not only greed from the developers but a safety risk. Anything can happen in that space when you are showing us ads. We have paid you for these devices, why do you have to force us to go through ads before we can use the cam. Instead, change the ads to the banner ones that can hang below the screen or on top while we can access the cam. If this doesn’t change, I will post this every day I see the ads and switch to another device and I will make sure my comments discourage others because this is a threat to our safety.
