I really love this app but I don’t exactly know how to contact them so I’m just gonna put it here but.I meant to cancel my subscription on here because my brother did it cos he wanted to see what he looked like as some sorta anime character and I was just wondering if they was any possible way of a refund as the transaction is still pending? And my rent goes out next week and I needed the £30 😭 aside from that I really recommend this app!
Was good until they started showing uncloseable ads

I was really enjoying using this app, the ai seems intuitive and good at editing images. I don’t mind watching an ad while the app converts the image. But since the last update it now seems they are showing adds that put the X used to close them, once the given watch time is over, behind my battery and phone signal symbols in the top right of my screen. This makes it impossible to close and get to your image, making only possible to get one image done a day unless you pay to go ad free. I would hope this isn’t intentional to try and force more to pay who are happy with just watching ads, as you are more likely to push users away than gain.

Yup, I been using this app a while, been holding off reviewing so I can give it the fairest chance possible… I can safely say almost 2 years is enough for that. So if you put a problem word in a prompt, it tells you (for filters that use written word prompts) that’s a positive.So then why so often does this app say there’s some imaginary network error when my network is perfectly fine and all the other non word related filters are working perfectly fine?!?! Like, I get word limits or whatever, but be honest. Don’t lie and say there’s a network error when there’s none. Just say “ohhh, that’s a few too many words” or “oh that’s a very short temp ban for trying to do this or that.” Like as a consumer paying for a service I want to know why said service at any time it isn’t working, why it isn’t working, like really why.Like it’s so annoying man.Update: 1 star, everything is just filtered now, started to enjoy it, but now even though I’ve paid for a year and am a a few months in I have no use for it. Will NOT renew again unless something changes with the heavy filtering.

App is unusbale due to ads

As someone who is used to ads, I dont mind watching ads. What I do mind, is when the ads appear on EVERY SINGLE IMAGE. The ads are always about NSFW or P*rn, and the X button never exsists. Plus, I have accidentally downloaded loads of apps I dont want due to this app pulling up *Touch ID to get* every time a ad comes up, where my thumb is usually resting. Last of all, their privacy policy is simillar to a toilet with a window next to it. They say all images taken can be used as ROYALTY FREE PHOTOS on ROYALTY FREE PHOTO SITES. And I thought whatsapp was bad with privacy. Last of all. WHY DOES HALF THE APP TRANSLATE TO CHINESE AT RANDOM TIMES. It takes ages trying to change it back to english. Hopefully these issues can be resolved because its a good app otherwise.
