Adverts lure you in from social media with promise of a 3 day free trial, but when you sign up on the Apple Store there are no further details until they then take a months payment from you immediately. When I queried this, they claim the free trial is only for the annual subscription! The default setting on the App Store is for a monthly subscription even when taken there by the link from social media. This is in the fine print, but not in the info when purchasing from the App Store. I have no idea if this is a good vpn as I’ve cancelled my subscription and won’t be able to get my money back. BEWARE THE SCAM of a free trial that doesn’t exist!! Will be taking my business elsewhere!

Hey, my friend. Currently, we are only offering a 3-day free trial for the yearly package. When you start the free trial, you should be able to use all SafeShell features completely free until the trial period ends. For example, if you have a 3-day free trial, the first 3 days should be completely free, and from the 4th day onwards, your subscription plan will be activated and you will be automatically charged for the renewal.You can check your subscribed package, if it is the weekly or monthly package, there is no free trial, and your subscription will start billing immediately. On wifi it works great and i can watch whatever i want but it just doesn’t work when on a cellular network for some reason, If this could be fixed i’d resubscribe instantly
