3. Payment: The purchase fee will be deducted from your iTunes account.
4. Renewal: Apple iTunes account will automatically deduct the fee within 24 hours before the subscription expires, and the subscription will be extended for one cycle after the deduction is successful.
5. Cancellation: You can cancel the subscription at any time 24 hours before the subscription expires.

Not too bad. It allows a good amount of reading before asking you to purchase anything. Only issue is I wish it suggested ads first and more openly before shoving the purchase option in your face all the time. I didn’t even realise I could watch ads for a long time and nearly deleted it!

I never meant to subscribe to anything at all and somehow 74p is now pending out of my account and I have a weekly subscription that I never signed up for. I eventually found out how to cancel the subscription but when I go to cancel it, it says ‘manage your subscription after this date and time’. I’ve tried asking/talking to them via the ‘feedback’ bit, but all I’ve had back is ‘we will contact you within 24 hours. Please be patient and wait. Thank you for your understanding!’ I have heard nothing back when all I want to do is cancel this subscription I NEVER signed up for. So not only is it not letting me cancel until after a set date and time but no one is coming back to me. I am now in contact with my bank. ABSOLUTE WORST, DO NOT DO ANYTHING.

Absolutely shocking service and communication. I’ve been trying for weeks to cancel subscription, I’ve contacted them multiple times to which now they have stopped responding and the last response I had was over 2 weeks ago despite constant messages to them. I’ve still had no response about cancelling the subscription and am unable to do this through the app and have ended up having to contact the bank and block any payments from them due to the no response! Honestly would not recommend and such disgusting customer service and communication!!!

You have to pay for a subscription as soon as you want to start reading. First payment is very cheap, as it’s around $0.5, but the second one is automatic and it’s around $15. I wasn’t satisfied with the books/novels there and I wanted to cancel my subscription as soon as I finished one novel. It’s very difficult to cancel it as it’s not very clear where and when I finally found the right place it doesn’t let me do it as it’s some sort of time limit. It says I need to do it the next day after 9am, which I’ve tried doing as well but it still shows me I can’t.
