My Business Coach told me about Plaud in a session and how it had changed her own business. I live to write up notes but they end up in all sorts of books, bits of paper etc. a lot of the time, I miss things that through the discussion should be an action . I have literally charged this tiny little piece of wizardry up, run a mock role play with myself and the. Waiting for the magic to happen. I was sceptical that what I was saying would turn into anything remotely sensible but I am stunned by the result. I really can’t wait to get my Team using a Plaud as the amount of time we will save writing up notes and then sifting through the action points will be immense!! I’ve only had this a day and ran some tests and I have to say it’s almost unbelievable what it can do! The different report summaries that you can run was something I wasn’t even aware of when I purchased it and these are so handy.It would be good if you could set up standard reports on a new folder. Eg say you had a diary folder and you wanted the same reports running on the entries for that folder, if you could set a rule for notes entering that folder automatically. It’s just a minor suggestion the current set up is fantastic. The device itself is slick and convenient. (Note Pro)

A game change for personal and work productivity

While the technologies may not be rocket science (record, transcribe, process), Plaud has delivered a really smooth user-friendly system which truly frees the user up from handing this themselves. The output is good, the device is really cute. Only downside is that the catalogue of processing templates is a mess. I’m sure they are all good, but the categorisation is too basic, there’s no rankings and the descriptions are “mewh”. But I will live with that in hope of improvement.

I am a big user of the latest technology. But it often ends up disappointing or only being used in the initial flush of excitement. Plaud has become absolutely essential to me, I use it almost every day. It is absolutely saving me hours of hard work and producing better meeting and call summaries than me. The ability to export these as .docx is perfect and means I can circulate these with very few changes. I’m a big fan. Well done to Plaud for delivering on all of its promises.
- With AutoFlow, new users now have Auto-Transcribe enabled by default for all new recordings and can be turned off in Settings anytime.
- Plaud Team features are now available. Get the Plaud Team plan at web.plaud.ai.
- Plaud NotePin S now supports Apple Find My. Once enabled in the Plaud app, your NotePin S can be added under the Items tab in Find My on your Apple device.
- Find & Replace now supports searching and replacing speaker names for easier editing.
