Since updating both this and the Lite version, the catch-up no longer works. Can you please fix.

Using on Apple TV and it’s not great and frustrated as I paid for it. When watching films if I click on settings to turn off subtitles it completely kicks you out back to the Home Screen and shuts the app down so I’m forced to watch with subtitles. This only happens on my Apple TV not my phone. So annoying. Please fix this so I can click into the settings on screen please as effects playback. Also searching it can also kick you out

Like many other users, I paid the £4.99 and whilst I am able to view my streams, the GUI is terrible. Really need to go back to the drawing board on this and make it simple like the Lite player. Major flaw is only a handful of channels are stored in favourites, have to search for the rest. Even after watching channels, the history never seems to update and unable to clear the cache. How do I get my money back?
