When using this app, you have the option to delete your videos and photos. However, you may find that some items do not appear in the deletion process. This indicates that any videos or photos that did not appear during the deletion process were not actually deleted, even if you intended to delete them.Interestingly, the app initially requests access to your contacts, but you will soon notice that it does not misuse this information in any way.

Terrible app and customer service

I got this app on my pc and so i wanted to buy it so that it kept my pc fresh and so that i had all my drivers updated. I then realise to do this i need to pay for a monthly subscription so i get it and it doesn't work. I then try again two more times just to find out the same thing has happened and I have also been charged for it. I then complained about this situation to the staff just to be told some irrelevant stuff about if my drivers working or up to date. The person i was talking to was real also and kept replying 5 days after i messaged them. I asked them for a refund on day 10 and they replied back asking if i saw another one of their terrible messages. This was infuriating. It felt like they were delaying the payment because those of you who don't know they have a 30 day money back guarantee. After around 15-20 days had past, i said this situation is not getting better at all and i feel like your delaying my 30 day money back guarantee. They then didn't respond for the rest of the remaining time. I am now one day after the money back guarantee and i have already asked my bank to cancel the payment. (It was a total of £42) if i forgot to say already). Please Please Please do not use this what i call a scam of an app and don't fall for the same trap i did

Bought on 1st March. Moved over to iPhone and it won't let me register my licence as it was purchased on a Gmail and now I have an icloud address. When you press the "contact us" option you get transfered to a webpage with trouble shooting solutions. None of which sort my issue. Can someone help please

Failed to clean most data

Tried it. It found four duplicate photos, two of which were not duplicates. It then tried to delete all the photos; so that instead of two copies there would be zero. That saved a few hundred kilobytes. It completely missed the 4 Gb of unnecessary cached data.I’ve used version of this in the past and in the past it worked. Now it is just a waste of space itself. Literally a waste of space; the app trakes up more space than it found to clean up.
