This is the latest mobile title of the classic pixel brand IP series "OCTOPATH TRAVELER", telling a new story that takes place on the continent of Orsterra.
Players will embark on adventures and experience an immersive fantasy world created by both the meticulously crafted 3D pixel art scenes (HD-2D) and the solemn, grand background music, going through many plot stories that are either heavy, warm, or joyful.

This is a fun game for what it isI like the battle system (though it is odd to alternate between this game’s battle system and the battle system in the other games but it is fine), I like how the weapons are balanced to need a minimum level to use some, I do enjoy the story (for context I got through the majority of the Orsterra chapters and I haven’t played much of the solistia chapters) and the adds being out of the way is nice but I will say that the game could definitely use some English voice acting but it isn’t too big of a deal not having it since so many characters would need it while it isn’t the most important thing to add.Overall I say it is good for what you would expect

Totally single player, loads of content and the early game is quite generous with rubys. This is a modern take on old school JRPG’s, with a gorgeous art style and better battle system. Been playing for ages, impressed overall.

Almost unplayable due to very bad English translation

This game plays almost like the original Octopath Traveler. However, all new content added since 2025 (including all of the new Solistia chapter) is so poorly translated to English that it’s hard to believe this is a Square Enix game. At times, typing mistakes and mistranslations get in the way of understanding what is going on. The only possible explanation is the original text was just machine translated without any proofreading. Avoid.
