Reason 1: they beg you to leave a five star review to go on to the next task. Surely people have their opinions on the game. They can just leave an honest review.Reason 2: I wish that as an achievement to raise your pengu, your first and second pengu could meet and socialise. It makes me sad thinking of DJ (my first pengu) and Pauline (my second pengu) can’t meet each other and be besties while I am away.Reason 3: Can you do a Milestone achievement like if your pengu is a week/month/year old that day it could be a party with free perks like free item which is their fav food or a free party hat for the day. Reading someone’s review before downloading the app, it made me consider ‘why not? It would be a great time to have a party and celebrate your Pengu’s milestone!Another thing to point out is that I was trying to decorate Mira’s living room and I needed the pengu pass! I just wanted her to have her room glammed up! Like can the game update makers add a glow up update to change the room’s look with s little more interior decs. Plus, now, I lost access to chat w/ the penguins BECAUSE I NEEDED THE PENGUIN PASS! Plus, I checked how much it is per year and it is like 27 money so if I times it by four it is 108 money! Had this just for fun for me and gf but finding it harder to keep playing after putting quite a bit of effort in as now i spend more time watching ads than playing the games, i get no more than 3 coins after a level completion nothing to tell my why i think its glitched out. Before i started a level i had an ad, after I completed it got another ad then when i went to claim the cannon i just unlocked another ad! I understand that you got to make money somewhere but atleast most games have it optional and a few sprinkled in. Plus its constantly going off 24/7 We do have lives atleast make it a bit more friendly to people who cant be on there phones for the better part for 10 hours a day. I have an iphone 14 yet constantly the game is lagging or dropping frames for no reason. It is decent enough that ill play just to keep the girlfriend happy. I hope some improvement is made as if not im gunna get it in the ear for making the penguin leave because i couldnt earn enough 😂. Edit: kinda disgusted now because i just got a rather inappropriate add to certain websites or spicy game idk what is what and just checked its for ages 4 and up thess developers clearly have zero morals regarding childrens safety i can handle the constant game ads but putting spicy ads on a game that children will play and knowing ipad kids they download anything they see in an ad is a massive no no surely this is breaking apples terms of service somehow? Even if they up the rating to 17+ it would atleast get them around it if not the ads should be taken down

I have had this game a little over a year now, and I am a fan of it, however, when I wake up in the morning and check my phone I find my pengu is starving and has been blowing up my phone because it “didnt get any love all day!” While I was sleeping! I get I can just turn off notifications although I like being reminded becsuse if not I’ll forget, but not in the middle of the night! Also, if I were to remember that I need to feed my penguin, and I’m a bit busy so I think ok I’ll go on for a second, but after 2 seconds of being on the app, not able to feed it yet, an ad pops up! Like I just want to feed it and go please the excessive ads aren’t necessary! I can understand the company needs to make money but not after every little thing I do! Everything costs money, but overall a fun game. Considering most of the people playing are kids (some adults too) and probably aren’t allowed to spend money on games (with good reason) it’s unfair that most of the decent parts of the game are the ones that cost real money. They have an in game currency for a reason! Good game but could be improved

This game could be such a fun one. The outfits and items are really cool. The new pet and location are great and the coins for items I think are reasonably priced. The issue lies in the games, the add free price/glitch and the crashing. The game issues is the most frustrating from constantly having your progress in games reset and having to complete them over and over. To some games only rewarding you with 7 coins per level after 400 levels where as others are 30 coins after 30levels. There is no information to tell you what the coin reward is going to be and if it is worth trying to complete all the levels to get more or not. The customer support never gets back to you at all so no point email them over it. There are still adverts in some games to get extra turns or extra goes. But it would be nice considering the price for advert free is £8+ for it to give you some sort of daily reward for being add free like 1 extra retry on certain games or a random item chest for free. This could have been amazing but some very basic things and the total lack of support really let it down. Hope they fix it.
