For a long time, I have been looking for a portfolio tracking platform that gives me everything I need in terms of features and functionality- there’s always something missing. Snowball has everything I want at a core level. Even the little things I would like to have added, I can suggest and they will add it to their dev pipeline. And when I email them with a question, I always get an answer, within 24 hours. And the answer is always given to my question (not generic answer) and it’s always useful. Love this service.

Snowball Analytics keeps getting better and better. If you have a dividend focussed portfolio and want to keep track of performance, pay dates, and projected income Snowball makes it easy. APIs available to a plethora of brokers make keeping trades and activity in sync automatic, as well as support for manual importing if you prefer.I also keep track of physical custom assets to cover net worth and track appreciation values. Support has always been top notch. Contacted them twice, and both times the response was quick and problem resolved. One was user error, the other was changing the exchange a stock was bought on as it did not come over from my broker correctly. Great product. Great Support.
Promising App, Poor Trial & Refund Experience

The platform itself appears promising, however the onboarding and subscription process left a poor impression.I activated the free trial expecting an opportunity to properly evaluate the service before any charge was taken. During setup I was able to connect Trading212 successfully, but repeatedly struggled to connect Hargreaves Lansdown despite following the provided guidance. The process felt far more complicated and less intuitive than expected for a portfolio aggregation app.The most disappointing aspect was the refund experience. Rather than a straightforward customer-focused process, there was significant resistance and repeated attempts to avoid issuing the refund, including references to banking reputation and refund fees. While I appreciate that refunds carry costs for businesses, this should not be placed onto customers who believed they were still within a trial evaluation period.Customer support was polite throughout, but the overall experience undermined confidence in continuing with the platform.

i like it but boreing
I’ve tried a few different services now and plenty of spreadsheets to track my varied and sporadic hedging of future value. Snowball manages to cover all my holdings so far incl crypto and even allocates all dividend details I’d spend hours finding before and filling a spreadsheets calendar out with. Great system so far. Cannot fault it especially if you have a smaller selection of assets it’s free!
