Got a few reading and reel apps this 1 is really good gives you options to earn the clips rather than spending a fortune and still can’t afford to finish would recommend giving it a go
Repeated stories and in app purchases

You cannot finish an entire story without purchasing coins watching ads. However due to the cost of each episode you end up watching 5 minutes of ads to unlock one two minute episode. Moreover you cannot stack your coins and save them. I had over 1500coins saved only to open the app the next day and find that 1200 of them had “expired”. Incredibly stupid as I essentially watched the ads for nothing and I now have to start again. Plus I notice a lot of the stories on the app are basically the same (same plot lines and characters) with slight changes so while it seems there is lots of choice there actually isn’t. TLDR: There are many much better apps, I will be deleting this one as they want too much money and the stories are not different enough to keep using. Also they’re literally AI so the stories are basically free to create and yet the coins are so expensive. Truly not worth it.

JoyReels has some great content and it is possible to access it without paying if you’re ok not binge watching and willing to watch ads or click through web pages. It is frustrating that there no longer seems to be a way to unlock a few episodes a day just by watching/clicking. It now seems to require you to build up enough bonus coins to unlock. Not enough to make me remove the app at the moment but there are definitely other apps that give you greater access via ads than this one.
Took two payments won’t give it back

I paid for the VIP I had two payments won’t taken. I also somehow ended up with my subscription going through PayPal. I’ve tried their chat not that said it will put me through to their expert team that was five days ago and again today the chat bot said the same thing. I can’t get to a real person and the PayPal subscription is a nightmare to cancel as cancelling in PayPal it just says pending approval? From who? I should be able to cancel it and the chat bot can’t do it it’s not showing In any screen and I still haven’t had my refund for the two payments you already took… one should at least be given back. It’s looking more and more like a scam the more this goes on
