I don’t really write reviews, and I certainly don’t buy yearly subscription for apps… with the exception of this one! I’m super impressed with the ability to correct issues in my images. I’m now going though all my photos correcting the little things I didn’t like. 10/10 no faults for me.

I’m very disappointed to of just cancelled my subscription, I took the free trial and was pleasantly surprised with the results. The changes I made were subtle & natural, the photos were still very much like me just like me after the most relaxing luxurious week at a spa haha. I felt £9.99 a month was a bit steep but as I said I was pleased so went ahead with the subscription. It wasn’t until now that I saw a notification to say another £9.99 had been taken from my bank. I have just looked my account & realised it’s a weekly charge which I’m sorry is absolutely ridiculous !! So I cancelled the subscription immediately & it confirmed cancellation stating services will end on the 17th which is only three days of the 7 I have just paid for which is wrong !! So I did some research on your application to find multiple bad reviews and complaints especially regarding the cancellation process, many stating that although the app is no longer working you continue to take money from their accounts the fact that you aren’t even honouring a full week that I’ve just paid for amounts to theft. The fact that it’s not clear it’s a weekly payment is very misleading I’m sure I am not the only one that would assume for a minute you expect 40 quid for less than a month for a few touch ups ? If you continue to take money from my account I will not be happy and I will not drop this quietly I will very loudly throughout all social media platforms let everyone know how shady and sly you are as a company. Plus I will take legal advice from my sister who is a financial barrister. So to avoid even more bad publicity than you clearly already have I suggest no more money is taken from my account & you either honour this full week as I’ve paid for it or you refund me this week and stop services immediately. I will leave this review here & hope you do the right thing. P.S I would have left 3.5 stars for the actual results of the retake.

AVOID THIS SCAM OF AN APP! The majority of the app is pay to play. The main promoted feature is pay to use. I installed this because i kept seeing it all over and wanted to see how bad it really was and it did not disappoint because i already knew it wasn’t going to be as good as thru make it seem due to the ads trying way to hard for people to actually install it. I used all of the free features and they were all awful. They either made me look dead or extremely pale and it is so obvious that it has been edited due to the fact it literally just removes the colour from your skin and to remove pimples or blemishes it just removes all of the tone and colour of your skin. Lastly the app is slow the ai takes a good 20 seconds to “fix” blemishes or whatever you are trying to do.

For some reason in one of their updates they decided to remove the most basic feature of being able to scroll through the images through the main image as well as below. Now you can only move through the images in a fast or tapping motion so you miss the results - it just makes it harder. I can’t understand why anyone would decide to make their own app harder to use. It’s annoying. I go back to check they have fixed it but keep finding they haven’t so clearly they want it to be useless. I wish I hadn’t paid a yearly subscription. I won’t be using it plus almost all apps are now implementing this retake feature so no point getting this.
