When the error message comes up, it says something about remaking the text by holding the text bubble but when i do that, it only gives the option to copy and nothing else?..If the developers could fix this issue it would be amazing thanks

I love this platform, Iv been using it over a year and even have bought the monthly pass, but there’s a problem.a lot of the app changed after the update. Iv been trying to log in via my IPad and IPhone but it’s ALWAYS says try again. My password is correct but this is the 3rd time Iv had this same problem now! It just keeps logging me out and refusing to let me back in and Iv tried deleting the app and reinstalling it, Closing the app and opening it back up even tried to switch from my wifi to another wifi AND mobile data and still nothing! I even noticed you can’t access the game when using mobile data, so when I’m travelling or elsewhere I cannot access something I am paying for? This is really annoying and frustrating seen as I adore the platform so much and have created so many different stories with this! I hope the developers see this and look into it because I would love to carry on playing but it’s getting harder and harder to enjoy it.

I can’t talk to characters anymore because when I enter my text that subscription reminder comes up and usually, I press X and watch an ad but it keeps saying “something is wrong, check your connection” and I can’t get out of that reminder anymore. I tried deleting and reinstalling the app, restarting my phone and all but it doesn’t fix and my internet is quite stable too.

I loved this app so much but sonething wrong with the app lately. After the update, it's become terrible. Now the character is responding to from my behalf. It's writing my lines instead of me. You can't just regenerate the response as before; you have to write it yourself, just the way you want. It's incredibly frustrating, especially with an annual subscription. It feels primitive.
