As a PDI I purchased an annual subscription to learn the driving test routes for my nearest driving test centres. Initially I was able to select any test centre in the uk so I looked at the routes for my local test centre with a plan to learn three more in case students booked tests in one of those. I have now opened the app to start learning my second area only to find you have changed your terms and conditions without notification and I would now have to pay for subsequent test centre routes which I find very disappointing. With the planned changes to limit learners ability to change driving tests from their original booking to their three nearest tests centres this app should be aligned with that giving users a maximum of 4 centres before charging extra. As it it there is no point in me renewing my subscription and I am seriously considering cancelling.UPDATE 3/4/26 After reaching out to the developer with my issue they responded to my concerns extremely promptly and offered a more than satisfactory solution. Well done to the team and thank-you. As a result I have changed my review rating to what it deserves 5 stars.
